Planning of a compact residential building on the foundations of a turn of the century house. The new design features a small courtyard behind the historical listed wall for added privacy and light, sheltered by a detached concrete balcony that highlights local limestone. In the main façade on Tverya st., a new concrete staircase serves the dual purpose of leading to the apartments as well as functioning as a communal sitting area, honoring a former public bench.
