Removing the external gate of the gallery and reinstalling it inside the gallery space altered the perception of space. This way, the gate defines the path that continues the public street directly into the gallery. Passersby become viewers and experience the exhibition, one at a time. Though the gate is ultimately locked, the path that leads to the gallery remains open 24 hours a day. Additionally, a series of house portraits of the surrounding neighborhood on the walls complements the sculpture-like plants installed by the lady who lives in front of the community gallery.
